CONDITIONS OF HIRE

TOURING PRICES are for a single driver between the ages of 25 and 75 (with no more than 6 points on licence). Prices do not include delivery or collection. Additional drivers are charged from €30/driver. For drivers outside of the required age range please contact us before booking. Delivery and collection fees apply if required.

TOURING ONLY. Prices shown include coverage for standard recreational use only. These rates do not cover use for weddings or other commercial or private events. Purchasing a rental with recreational only coverage for any other use will void all coverage, leaving you liable for all damages in full. In case of intentional deception of usage, the amount of the security deposit will be forfeit.

FUEL. The vehicle is supplied with a full tank and must be returned with a full tank. If the vehicle is not returned with a full tank, we will take care of it for you. This service is charged at €4.50/litre + €24 flat rate.

WEDDINGS ONLY rentals run from 10am - 8pm to accommodate couples’ photos. This includes compulsory wedding and event insurance with cover for one driver aged between 25-75 (with no more than 6 points on licence). A free full tank of fuel is included to provide maximum convenience on your big day. Delivery and collection fees apply if required.

DELIVERY/COLLECTION. We can take charge of the delivery and collection of the car for you. For a precise transport quote (based on mileage), please provide the address of your hotel or rental villa when enquiring.

RENTAL HOURS. Single day rates quoted are for a rental service from 9am to 7pm for touring, or 10am to 8pm for weddings. Thereafter longer periods are in 24-hour blocks from 8pm to 8pm unless otherwise agreed at time of signing rental agreement.

ADVICE. Please be aware that our cars were built in the 50's,60's and 70's when people were not at tall as today. Most can accommodate drivers up to 1.85m of a moderate build, but if you are taller or larger, only a few will be suitable for you. Due to their age, we only have a limited selection of cars with automatic gearboxes. Please do consult us for advice before booking.

MILEAGE. All our rentals include 150 kilometres per day. Beyond that, a flat rate of €1/km +VAT will be applied.

CAR HANDLING. To minimise the risk of handling errors, and improve your comfort and confidence at the wheel, it is required that all drivers attend the delivery of the vehicle and the introduction and safety presentation.

RESERVATION is confirmed by returning the signed rental contract with copy of license(s) and proof of address. Payment: Deposit 50% at time of booking and balance 50% two weeks before rental through our online portal. No bookings are confirmed without receipt of the deposit payment.

INSURANCE. Comprehensive insurance is included in the price of all rentals. An insurance excess remains at the expense of the client in case of theft or damage to the vehicle during the course of the rental. The security deposit corresponds to the amount of excess, and must be pre-authorised on a debit or credit card at the beginning of the rental period. Failure to provide the security deposit will result in an immediate cancellation of the rental with no refund.

NO DRINK AND DRIVE. Our insurance has a zero tolerance with drinking and driving. If the driver has consumed alcohol and is involved in an accident (or any damage to the car), all costs will be at their expense.

CAR PARKING. For rentals of more than one day, the car must be parked overnight off the public road and in a secure place protected from rain and wind.

OUR PROMISE. If the chosen car becomes unavailable, another vehicle from at least the same group will be offered as a replacement.

CANCELLATION. If you cancel less than two weeks prior to the scheduled rental date, the full amount of the rental will be due. If we must cancel the rental at any time, we will refund the amount you have paid in full.
